A gargantuan garage arguably as large as your average medium sized city. Within it is mostly vehicle based shops, however, it does contain your necessary components for a working settlement. This is a mute point though as the populous within generally spend their lives traveling through other cities.

The Network
Not a region at all, "The Network" is actually a series of roads that intertwines in and out of every zone. From the Icebox to The Haven all the way down to The Sauna, there isn't a single area that lays untouched from The Network. Animals generally aren't seen on it, but thrill seeking bikers and groups of outlaws are quite the common site.
