"The Flare Tower" stands easily fifteen hundred feet tall. Constructed directly before the nuclear strikes, it somehow remained unscathed. Now, however, it lies in the eye of the ever torrential storm, a society based in the risk it's founded on.

Board Description
The Rug
A never ending storm, this is what "The Rug" is. To more accurately describe it would be hurricane winds, torrential rain and the ever present blasts of lightning that shoot across the landscape. Formerly a lightly grassed plain, it is now a scarred landscape littered with smoldering craters. Plant life still remains intact in the form of inch high grass, albeit irregularly due to the lightning.
