A shanty town of sorts lying in the center of the mansion grounds. Large derelict walls of leather, wood and thin layers of aluminum surround it. "The Broken Calm" is a city composed of your average citizens. No distinct trait differentiates them from the rest of the world, simply a group of people trying to survive.
