Cyborgs, humans with special parts that either advance their abilities or maintain their way of life, use Cybernetic parts to thrive. Anything from a microchip that enhances memory to a complete overhaul of the left arm to increase the strength of your muscles in that part of your body to metal plates or knifes surgically inserted into your hand constitutes the category of Cybernetics.
Name: The name of the cybernetic part.
Description: Not so much on the details of what it physically looks like if it is beneath the skin, just the details that explain what the part is. Example being this: A microchip in the brain that increases the visual memory, located near the optical nerve.
Effect: This is basically what the cybernetic part does. Does it increase memory, increase reflex speeds, cause the user to be able to lift something ten times their size? Ignoring the physical aspects of the implant, this covers exactly what the part is for.
